Gates Limited Warranty
The products listed are warranted to the original vehicle owner to be free from defect in material or workmanship for 24 MONTHS OR 40,000 KMS FROM THE DATE OF FITMENT.
This warranty covers only those products used on applications specified in Gates literature and installed and maintained in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended procedures.
Failure to follow these instructions voids all warranties, express and implied. Consequential and incidental damages, and damage caused through misapplication, improper installation or service, misuse, and abuse are also excluded under this warranty.

Implied warranty of merchantability is limited to the express warranty period. There is no other warranty, express or implied, including no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Gates Australia will provide a replacement if the product is determined by Gates in our sole judgement to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. Provision of a replacement product is the sole remedy. Gates has been a quality manufacturer since 1911.
