Online Performance Autos will pay all freight charges. Please note the incorrectly sent item will need to be returned in original condition. Defective Items. All items come with a minimum 12 Month guarantee against manufacturing defects. Items with longer warranty periods will be described in the product description. Clearance items that are purchased through our Ebay store will have the warranty period that is in the Ebay item description. How to request a return for defective or DOA itemsSTEP 1. Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via our online contact form or on 03 9703 1652 . stating your SALE number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem. STEP 2. Our Customer Service Team will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) and provide you with a Reply Paid address. Please feature the RA# prominently on the outer packaging when you send it back to us. Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. The RA# is valid for 14 days so please return the item immediately. We responsible for shipping charges to return the item to us. STEP 3. Once the item is received by us, and provided the returned item meets our DOA or defective items criteria, we will provide you with a credit to your account, a replacement product or a full refund to your original method of payment. This will be done within 7 business days of receiving the item and advise you of the outcome. Change of Mind Returns or Incorrect Item OrderedChange of Mind Items. If you change your mind about the product you purchased from Online Performance Autos, you are welcome to return the product to us for a full refund within 30 days. After 30 Days you will have the option of store credit or a 15% restocking fee. For a credit to be issued, the item must be returned to us in it's original condition - undamaged and unopened, including the outer packaging. Once the item is returned and assessed, we will provide you with a credit for the product amount only (excludes delivery). How to request a Change of Mind returnSTEP 1. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of the item via our online contact form or on 03 9703 1652 stating your SALE number and the item(s) you are returning. Our Customer Service Team will then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) by email which will contain all relevant return information. STEP 2. Return the item to Online Performance Autos using the address provided. The RA# is valid for 14 days, so please return the item immediately. Please feature the RA# prominently on the outer packaging when you send it back to us. Please do not write the number on the item packaging itself. You are responsible for all costs to facilitate the return of the item to us. Online Performance Autos does not accept any liability for returned items until they have been received by us. For high value items, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and appropriately for postage. STEP 3. Please allow 14 days for the return to be processed. Once the item has been received and assessed, we will provide a credit to your preferred method for the product amount (excludes delivery). How to request a Warranty ClaimSTEP 1. Please contact us as soon as the problem arises via our online contact form or on 03 9703 1652. stating your SALE number, the item(s) you are returning and details of the problem. STEP 2. Our Customer Service Team will advise you of the process to request a claim either through Online Performance Autos or with the manufacturer (or their Authorised Repair Agent). For items where the warranty is provided by Online Performance Autos, a RA# will be issued to return the item to us. STEP 3. Once we receive the item, it will be assessed by our Returns Department and in some cases we will be required to forward it to the Manufacturer or their Authorised Repair Agent for further assessment. Please be aware that it can take up to 4 weeks for this process to be completed. What forms of Payment does Online Performance Autos accept?PayPalOnline Performance Autos accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. Please note: you don't need to have a paypal account to make a payment through the paypal system. How long should my delivery take?Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. The time in transit will be between 1-7 days. Online Performance Autos is in Melbourne so the closer you are to us the faster you will receive the order. If there is a delay on your order we will contact you to give you your options. Do you have an Express Post Service?We cannot use Australia Post Express Post and it is not a signature service and delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you need an item urgently please ring us on 03 9703 1652 as there may be an option suitable depending on your location. Can you deliver to a PO Box?Yes we do for most items except the large bulky items that are shipped by courier. These must have a physical delivery address. We will contact you if you enter a PO Box and your order needs a physical address. How do I cancel my order?If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call us immediately on 03 9703 1652 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (AEST). We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however items that have already begun dispatch cannot be cancelled. They can be returned or exchanged as per our Refunds & Returns policy. Please understand that even though you may not have received a dispatch email yet, the dispatch process may already be well underway. The timeframe can be as short as 15 minutes, so despite our efforts we may not be able to intercept your parcel.
